Human Penis
Parts of the penis
Human penis mainly consists of soft tissue, divided into three types. Two of them are called corpora cavernosa, and they are located close to each other on the “top side” and a slightly bigger tissue column called corpus spongiosum. Those three tissue components of penis are the main parts that definet the erect penis size. The big and bulb shaped ending of corpus spongiosum is called the penis glans, which is usually partially covered by the foreskin (with the exception of men being fully circumsised). Circular bottom part of glans is called the corona and it is located on the base of penis glans. Urethra is the central part of the penis, and it passes through corpus spongioum, enabling the flow or urine and semen ejaculations.

Three soft tissue columns
The biggest and most important parts of the healthy penis are two corpora cavernosa (top tissue) and one corpus spongiosum (bottom tissue) and when filled with blood, they define the shape and size of an erect penis. Main purpose of corpus spongiosum is to keep the urethra cannal open during the erection, providing a certain wide “pipe” effect in the penis shaft, which enables the ejaculation mass to travel through it. All three soft tissue parts of the penis consist of spongy flesh tissue, which is built to absorb blood and enable the hardness when in state of arousal.
Their ability to receive blood is purely dependant on the quality of vascular system and the quality of spongy tissue itself, and during life cycles, diet rotations and negative psyhological effects, it is discovered that it can lose its natural stability, requiring special treatments or components to help the body heal and rebuild. Same with a regular sponge which holds water, penis soft tissues react similary to cleaner and healthier blood it receives, and it enables corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum to fully enlarge and receive optimal levels of blood, producing a full and strong erection. Healthy penis sexual performance
A healthy male penis should be able to perform as expected in any sexual situation – with full hardness, enough stamina to last as long as the sexual activity itself and it should provide a satisfying orgasm in the end, followed by good quality ejaculations. Most parts are hugely dependant on brain and body chemistry, or better stated, on chemical reactions that human body produces while entering “sex drive” frame of mind and state of arousal. Human body is a complex machine and body reactions may be different than expected since hormonal levels tend to be out of balance, and a certain aspect of adjusting is needed, usually in the form of medical pills or powders that enable the body to normalise and return to normal functions.
